(6) Buddha head in profile.
We were captured by the classical beauty of this Buddha head.
(7) Meditating Buddha.
Untouched by time, he exudes a strong air of serenity.
(8) Buddha statue within stupa.
Each bell-shaped stupa contains a Buddha inside its hollow form. This stupa
was left incomplete allowing a complete view of the Buddha.
(9) Buddha niche and gargoyle.
Around Borobudur's lower levels, Buddha niches and gargoyles spitting out the
collected water from above, are interspersed into the reliefs.
